Not All Loans Are Equal…
WHY
Not All Loans Are Equal…
It’s confusing! Too many lenders, far too many loan products – how do you determine which is the right loan for your needs?
The jargon can be incomprehensible, the maths illogical and the wide range of loans overwhelming…& you need to make possibly one of the biggest financial decisions of your life!
Finding your best loan shouldn’t be so stressful…but it can be! Omni Loan Solutions will work to reduce & remove those headaches for you.
HOW MUCH
If seeking a residential property loan, there is no direct cost to you for the services of Omni Loan Solutions, who are paid by the lender on successful settlement of the loan. The broker commission is factored into the loan, and does not impact the overall cost to you, the borrower.
Commercial/business loans are costed differently, and are determined on a case-by-case basis.
Not All Loans Are Equal…
YOU
Your circumstances, aspirations and financial status are unique to you.
Therefore, prior to tailoring a loan strategy &/or making any specific recommendation in relation to any financial product, full disclosure and a detailed understanding and review of your financial situation is required (confidentiality & privacy is protected) .

Why Refinance?
Refinancing simply means re-negotiating an existing property loan to one that suits you better. That may be with your existing lender, or a totally different one with whom you have no financial history. The probability is that the new lender will offer the better long term deal, but the initial transaction costs will be higher […]
Lenders Welcome Casual Workers!
It can be a tough gig being a casual worker, and it’s not that long ago when, if you were employed on a casual basis, you had little hope of securing a property loan. Thankfully, times have changed, and casual workers are no longer locked out of the mortgage market, but there are some unique […]
Are You A Loan Magnet?
Following its March 2016 Board meeting, the Reserve Bank of Australia chose to retain the cash rate at 2% (this is the ‘wholesale’ price at which lenders purchase their primary product – money), encouraging many financial commentators to speculate on a further rate cut(s) in the near future, which bodes well for property borrowers in […]
